One thing is for sure on a hot summer day, pools are a great source of enjoyment for you and your family. Unfortunately like all things in your home, there will inevitably be times when something goes wrong and you call on your pool professional for HELP! Whether it’s a chemical problem, equipment failure or some other issue outside of the norm, it can be frustrating to get problems looked at and resolved with little downtime from the entertainment. Wouldn’t it be great if your pool pro team knew when there was a potential issue happening or drawing near so they could reach out to you proactively?
Fortunately, The Attendant has the ability to notify your chosen pool pro if and when issues arise so they can assist you in either troubleshooting the problem remotely or scheduling a service technician to come visit. With you in complete control, granting remote access to your pool system is easy. They will be privy to historical equipment logs, user history and failure events.

This sort of access can help prepare your pool pro before they arrive to work on the problem. Of course, because it’s your pool, remote access can be revoked at any time in the event you switch pool pros or just feel better that way.
