No, you only pay for the cost of The Attendant one time at the time of purchase.
We do not believe you should have to pay for the cost of additional software updates or support for new equipment.

Do I have wireless access to The Attendant? / Can I control this from my home?

What is the price of The Attendant?

No matter how simple or sophisticated your pool is, it's never been easier and more affordable to upgrade to a 'Smart Pool'. Poolside Tech now has two different models to choose from. Both integrate with any equipment you already have, or plan to use, so there's no costly replacements required. Depending on the functionality required, prices start at just$2125.

Can I install The Attendant by myself?

The Attendant and associated devices should ONLY be installed by a licensed dealer or contractor. If you engage a licensed contractor/electrician outside of our current authorized dealer network, Poolside Tech will provide them with the product training & support required to complete the installation.

Who do I call for local support?

Please reach out to your local Pool Professional who has installed or services your pool equipment. If you have switched Service Companies and are in need of selecting a new Pool Maintainer, you can review the list of trained pool professionals right in the Poolside Attendant app.

What is the difference between The Attendant & The Attendant + Chemistry Module?

Ensuring your pool water is filtered and balanced are some of the basic functions that must be performed to create an enjoyable and safe swimming experience. Managing sanitizer, filtration, pH balance and alkalinity can be quite challenging, and used to involve many trips to the pool store. Let The Attendant + Chemistry take on these daunting chores for you by monitoring the key elements of safe water and either alerting the homeowner, or adding the necessary chemicals automatically.
